Ashley Bendickson is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.  She holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston and has been providing counseling services since 2017 in both private practice and university settings. 

Ashley works with individuals (18+) and couples to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Ashley takes a holistic, integrative approach and empowers her clients to reach their goals by helping them to explore beneath the surface, develop new skills, and gain confidence for their journey.

• $175 per standard 45-minute session.

**Accepting New Clients August 2025**

Laura Castronovo completed her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto. She has experience providing mental health services to adults (18+) in both the US and Canada, utilizing a combination of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and solution-focused therapy. Her training includes the Perinatal Mental Health Certification from Postpartum Support International (to be fully certified September 2025). Laura is currently completing her LCSW clinical hours and is supervised by Berit Benson, LCSW-S. 

Laura uses a patient-centered approach and truly enjoys connecting with her clients and working collaboratively to achieve their goals. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental style, empathy and a sprinkle of humor. In her free time, you can find her spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, or clipping in to her Peloton bike.

Kasey Wolff is a Licensed Professional Counselor and trained EMDR therapist in Houston, TX. Kasey has been practicing counseling since 2018. She earned her Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of Houston. 

Kasey works with individuals 18 and older to create a safe, non-judgmental environment that will allow her clients to heal and gain new insights.  She believes that each client is an expert in their own life, and counseling provides the opportunity to get curious and explore who you are, gain new insight, and work toward healing.
